Terms & Conditions

1.  Final confirmation to be made 3 days before the Pick up/ Delivery. Full Payment will be required. 

2.  Postponement of an order will be accepted if request is received in more than 24 hours before the  Pick up /
     Delivery. 
3.  (i)   Free delivery for order of total cost above HK$1500 (Net Price)
     (ii)  For order of total cost less than HK$1500, a delivery charge of HK$200 is required. Delivery to Tung
           Chung and Sai Kung, delivery charge of HK$200 is also required.
     (iii) Currently we do not provide delivery service to Lantau Island, Discovery Bay and other outlying
           islands.
4.  The bill will be indicated the relevant amount have debited on your credit card account, which will be also
     show on your monthly statement without further notice.
5.  Don’t repeat submitting the order to avoid repeat order and debit. 
6.  Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed and the amount paid will not be
     refunded.
7.   All Combo Set items cannot be amended. 
8.   If food is not picked up during the designated period, the order will be forfeited and will not be refund.
9.   The order should be picked up by presenting the pro-forma invoice.
10. All gift and freebies are available while stock lasts.
11. XXXXX Catering Management Limited reserves the right and amends these Terms and Conditions
      without prior notice. 

Inclement Weather Arrangements:

1. In case of tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Food / service
    will be suspended. 
2. Delivery Services will be postponed and got back to you soon if Black Rainstorm Signal/Typhoon No. 8 or
    above is hoisted. Delivery will be rescheduled by us. 
3. Confirmed order could be postponed and resumed within one month from the date, otherwise the order will
    be forfeited .
